It has been a busy couple of months since I joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) – New York Properties! I have now met personally with the brokerage teams in 12 BHHS offices within one hour of New York City, and presented an update on the NYC real estate market with Q&A sessions to over 70 brokers. The stream of referrals that have followed is evidence of the strong demand for the NYC market, with many thanks to my new BHHS colleagues for their confidence in me! I wanted to share a recent success story with you. Last month I travelled to Aspen and met with the wonderful BHHS Aspen Snowmass Office owners, BJ and Michael Adams http://www.bhhsaspensnowmass.com/. BJ and Michael graciously invited me to meet with their brokers and discuss the New York City market. Following my presentation, Lucy Nichols, one for their top brokers, suggested I meet with her clients, a couple who were relocating to Aspen from NYC.
