During a recent trip to Los Angeles, I met up with Lori Berris and Emile Kelman for Breakfast and then spent the morning their office in Beverly Hills. Lori was so kind to introduce me to all the brokers and management. Thank you Lori and Emile, looking forward to doing some business together! Next stop was Sydney, Australia where my wife’s family is from. I spent a wonderful sunny winter’s day with Michael Pallier, owner and founder of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty and his team. During the day we visited 4 Open Houses and I got a good understanding of the property selling process in Sydney. Thank you to Mary and Francis his trusty assistants for a fun and interesting day. In the afternoon I had an interesting briefing on the Sotheby’s Sydney Development projects team and had the pleasure of meeting Jake, Mark and Kenji. Next stop Sotheby’s Hong Kong Auctions at the beginning of October!
